Realtor®s, Corias pays competative comissions!

We will help both you and yur clients by guiding you both through the construction process from start to finish. If you are not familar with selling new homes or custom homes, don't worry -- we have your back. Our experienced staff will help you and your clients from site selection to completion with updates along the way.

In most cases, we pay 3% comission to Realtor®s. Half of your comission is paid at slab and the remainder at completion.
