Inspired by one of our most-loved single store family home plans, we created a warm contemporary two-story home with 6 full bedrooms in the heart of Westlake. The family room’s custom stone fireplace was influenced by a visit Frank Lloyd Wright’s personal home, Taliesin, in Wisconsin. Upstairs there is a soundproofed media room with a view of the University of Texas. Each child’s room and bathroom have the same dimensions materials installed in a unique pattern. The master suite includes his & her closets and an exercise room. Like most of our speculative homes, this home sold prior to formally listing it in MLS.
